It can be improved. Whilst changing old signs there I tweaked a few cut planes' positions. It may need some Italia prefabs added soon too to bring it up to standards, so it can always be tweaked and improved.

Trieste was added in the 2.20 version of ProMods so not that old.

And I would say it's not that crazy like Barcelona because Trieste isn't as huge as Barcelona
I'm looking forward to it too because it will be even more nice with the stuff of the italia dlc

Although Trieste isn't old, it is already outdated, so will need a bit of upgrading. Not too much, because it is a superb city already
