Hello, have a problem here:

When I upload ME 2 files, put them on the right order of priority, all works but the map view just becomes outframed (for example Lithuania is in Russia's position, Sweden is in Lithuania's position and so on). What can be the problem?

EDIT: Problem solved !! :) Only needed a superzoom adaptable for Promods AND ME add-on (the link in this forum exists)
Which mods did you use?

Hi

Great work as always, I have added it to my game, however when I look at the map the roads on cyprus look like a cardiogram, I have attached a screenshot. Any idea why?

Thanks

Hey guys. A quick question, with ME ,i i cant see the changes i made in roadcolors in the def file. Without ME ,all roadcolors are what i changed them to.
Hope it make sense.
Per
That's because the changes you made to the road colors were in the map_data.sii file, and this map has to use its own map_data.sii file. So what you need to do is open up both map_data.sii files from each, the Promods def and the ME def folders, and copy and paste the first section of tags (from road_color to world_road_discovered_color) from the Promods file into the ME file, then save your changes into the ME def archive.
Thanks Vulcor, i will try that

Is there a roadconnection to Afromap 2.0?

It’s a large distance between Port Saïd and Médenine, you have to build all the costal roads of Egypt and Lybia, and besides, Afromap is a dead mod, the link has been taken down

Okay I understand. Since one can only hope that it will be built in the future, a new afrika map.

Hello,

Thanks to Mandelsoft, Mid-East will now have roadlines with correct colors. They will be progressively implemented :

The question of the old rocks will be evaluated later ...

Also about other questions I have read :
  • Galilea Sea / Tiberias area : it should be possible, so why not. However, this is not a priority. Israel road network is already quite dense ...
  • Road 5 in eastern Jordan : maybe later. It will not change a lot to the gap in eastern Jordan. The area is a complete desert ...
  • Amman/Damascus/Beirut road : it's an idea, but as already said, Syria will be considered later, in function of how the real situation evoluates ...
  • Transport of goods between Israel and Lebanon. I can't avoid that ETS2 generates such missions. It's a game after all, and you are free not to take those jobs ;)
The choice was to close the border, so it makes those missions more ... complicated by using ferries via Cyprus. It seems me a good compromise between realism and what's possible in game.
  • Irbid city can indeed be added later with a part of road 65
  • Iraq and Saudi Arabia ? Well, you'll be able to go to the border. For the rest, I don't know ;)
  • Dubai  Just have a look to a map and see how far it is ... So, no, sorry. But you can expect me to go to the other direction and improve connections with main Promods map.
  • Afromap : no link planned. Also, this project seems indeed to be stopped. We'll see later how far I will advance on north African coast. First step is Alexandria ... But Jordan remains the priority
Regards,

After DLC, you can do the map from Istanbul to Mersin or Hatay. It would be great.

For that option, he would have to do Syria and he has already answered that.

I still need to investigate in details but a short ferry, by example between Tripoli (Lebanon) and Mersin (Turkey), is clearly an alternative to a road crossing Syria.
