You already have Zgorzelec on the map, which is the Polish part of Görlitz.

Zgorzelec was just added because Poland Rebuilding could do it. It may be removed in future in place of Gorlitz but that is totally undecided yet. Valga and Valka can't really be split from one another so we built both ;)

Are you planning to built those cities? ;)
1. Potsdam
2. Frankfurt am Oder
3. Görlitz
1.) it would be extremely difficult to fit it in as the Berlin Ring is absolutely huge and overlaps the area were the city lies. A scenery city is the best you could do in that case.
2.) I think as scenery it would work out for that area, though its proximity to Berlin makes me think its unlikely to be one you would be delivering to.
3.) To me its one city or the other, valka/valga is nice that its just two small towns in the game so it works out without eating too much space up on the map. Two larger cities might just be too much urban sprawl for the map in that area.

I have looked up on the map and Görlitz/Zgorzelec are one town just like Valga/Valka, just in a larger scale. You can split part of the infrastructure into one entity and remaining part into another.

Görlitz/Zgorzelec and Frankfurt(Oder)/Slubice ares more or less like Tornio/Haparanda and could be rendered in game just the same way. The few houses of Hendaye/France also come to mind as another solution (can be reached from Irun/Spain). Once you get into building A6 towards France you'll have a similar situation with Saarbrücken/Forbach. These towns across borders are typical for Europe and in a realistic map you should either have both or none at all in my opinion. After that you could try to create Baarle(Hertog/Nassau). Even you as the best modders would find that a challenge.
