What about:
1) road 141 Klaipeda - Pagegiai?
2) road 122 Panevezys - Subate - Daugavpils?
3) little towns like Ogre in Latvia.
1, 2) In Horizon’s plans. I even don’t know, will these parts returned sometime...
3) No. Small active towns in Latvia will declined (except Kolka, which already underway to 2.4 release) in order to keep normal density of map.

I agree with asilas in this case; there are some big differences between SCS' and ProMods' border prefabs. For example, compare the prefabs between the DLC, ProMods and Google Maps in Valka/Valga on the Latvian-Estonian border. ProMods had created the prefab realistically and just about identically to the real thing, but SCS has used a different prefab which can be seen at different borders across the DLC.

I agree! Promods borders are realistic and those from SCS mostly are not.

There are two big differences between SCS' prefabs and the ones from ProMods;
1. ProMods stuff just rehashes existing content, and it's not a single piece.
2. SCS' prefabs are fully functional; ProMods' border prefabs were not.

I agree with vlad. You may wish for rebuilds, but in the state the Baltics is in now, having the newest of the newest content, it's a waste of time and effort when at the same time other areas are screaming for attention. Remember, everyone being put on this project will be pulled away from another project (like Spain or Poland), and you guys don't want those projects to slow down either. With these considerations in mind, our choice not to rebuild anything here for the time being becomes much more obvious.

MandelSoft

I'm aware that the previous prefabs weren't functional (or at least, functional like SCS' ones are now), and I wasn't hoping for it to be done for the next update(s): I just wanted clarification as to whether or not it would be done in the future. But I'll take that into consideration when talking on this topic and others.

Most of the Baltic DLC cities I have visited, have been fantastic.
Vilnius, there I understand that some stuff had to be omitted due to size etc.
But it still looks nice!

And the borders I have passed, so far, looks nice too.

Yes, I like SCS' work, but I don't like navigation road signs. Promods signs are better.

It's bad news that Ogre will be declined in new Promods 2.40.
