PH-AMG has not worked on Norway for a while, since he is waiting for the release of the DLC, mainly for the extra assets that come with it. In the mean time, he's making himself useful over at the ARP, our main project since Scandinavia has been on hold. And he is doing a great job there!

Moral of the story: if work ceases at one part of ProMods, another part can receive extra workforce
