I really like a lot to drive in Iceland in Promods and hole ProMods, thanks to all designer of ProMods for give me so many good houres trucking .-) Looke VERY mutch foreward to updated Iceland ProMods 2.20.

You can find them not only in Iceland. It's usually used in the mountains in some countries (I've seen some in Italy), to let you know if a mountain pass is open or closed to traffic. If it's closed, you have to take a detour.
I believe it has a similar purpose here.
