Yes the RV7 has a lot of steep turns, Complicated "ring" tunnel systems and more. Great thing now is that players can pick their route. Take the E16 which has less hills, more tunnels through mountains but is longer and costs toll. The RV7/RV13 combo is "shorter" and costs no toll (apart from the Bruravik-Brimnes ferry) but has a lot more hills and dangerous turns + very narrow roads
