Is it possible to add Malta with one city in it for ProMods. I do not know if Malta to be on this topic as it is a small island south of Italy. Dont know if it can be fitted in due to scaling.

Nope, Cyprus is kind of Ireland, drives on left but uses km/h. Also, a round traffic sign painted blue means a minimum speed limit.
