Balkans Development
They dissapointed me again... We have been waiting for so long to have Bulgaria in promods... And they promised to include Sofia in 2.40. Will never use this mod again i am totally dissapointed. For them Bulgaria is just a bypass country that they dont care about. We saw huge development in the last 3 main version in Serbia,FYROM and Greece, but why not in Bulgaria..
MandelSoft is worker in SCS and Promods. SCS gives us many photos, of which I now know what they will release. They will release Balkan DLC and Promods do not want to create new cities in the area of DLC. If you wanna Sofia, u can use RoEx, which is compatible with Promods.

RoEx is not realistic... I dont agree with you they just dont want to make Bulgaria.. its last priority for them.
