According to slovenia.si you mentionned, speed for trucks exceeding 7.5t is 70km/h in ordinary, fast or motorways roads.

This piece of information is severely outdated. Speed limits for vehicles over 7.5t in Slovenia is 50 km/h in urban areas, 80 km/h outside of urban areas and 90 km/h on motorways and highways.

I have updated the mandatory lights for Slovenia and Serbia

However I have to disagree with your claim of the speed limit not being 90km/h.
All these pages say that the speed limit is 90km/h

The speed limit on secondary roads for trucks in Slovenia is 80 km/h. On motorways is 90 km/h. Look at the last source, which you posted.

The speed limits in principle are defined for cars first, which is 90km/h. Truck limits are separate, and this has been set to 70km/h now

So with the overlap with Project Balkans as previously mentioned. How will this affect people that have been using Project Balkans and have garages there? Will this essentially over write the cities (which I assume) and then eliminate the garages which would then show up as N/A in the person's garage list?

If so how would one clean up that sort of issue once ProMods version of Balkans comes out?

If the PB city and the ProMods city are spelled exactly the same you'll have no problems. The garage will just move to the new spot on the map with all drivers and trucks. Otherwise your best bet is to check which cities don't make it to the ProMods Balkans transfer trucks and drivers to a different garage and sell the garage(s) before you upgrade to Promods 2.2 - There is no financial loss involved, you get 180,000 for a small and 280,000 for a big garage.

Ok, it seems I found out I can delete N/A garages. The reason I had an issue with France DLC and the update was because Promods added in a new Model3 that I wasn't used to and didn't have that activated. So I thought it was an error with the overlap, but in fact it wasn't that, just the missing model. So my concern has been explained. But thanks for the info as well...

There's already one city in Bulgaria but like Mooner said there are other big priorities at the moment but there will come more of it when the other stuff is ready enough to change the priority to it ;)
