Romania is not part of the Balkan project, Romania has his own project:

Romania project is stalled right now because the developer is currently not working for ProMods.

Oh, I think there might be a Problem in Translation, he does not say "Belongs to Greece", he said "Leeds to Greece or in German "führt nach Griechenland".

Exactly! I mean that by building our neigbour's country then the next country to build is Greece! And would be nice to see my country built by PM since they do amazing work on their map!
My english is not the best possible and maybe i wrote it wrong!
