Why it's a shock ? This is not a surprise, you don't have pictures here. If you didn't see pics, it's that there is no development and no new countries. ProMods is not a magician, he does not magically create countries.

@EdgeGladiator Who says there isn't any development when no pics are showed? You can work secretly for a couple of months and booom new update releases with a lot of new content
