From my experience on TS20xx, all maps 1:1, only moving some fingers with minimum effort for 1 hour is already tiring. Who the hell would drive at 1:0.5 scale (twice the actual distance)? Not me, though...

It's different for everyone I guess. I enjoy driving long distances just due to the fact it's more realistic, not sure how many truckers out there only spend 2/3 hours delivering a single load, van drivers yes but not truckers.

I'm content with the current scale, because I can do a days work in an hour. Since I play games to relax after a long day, that is just fine.

Well, what I'd like more is keeping current scale for roads as it's a reasonable length but make cities bigger. So when you enter a city area, scale goes to 1:5 or something like that and maybe it'd be much more fun then ;)

My immagination is that city area are bigger, e.g. 20 km of city is compressed in 5 km of rest of map. Or, more things can fit in city than outside. I hope that you can understand.

Hi there,

I just made my first trip to Murmansk and beyound. But why there are only very few cargoes between Murmansk und the southern direction? Also almost all cargoes in Murmansk are only between Moskushamn and Murmansk offered. Between Moskushamn and Nikel there´s no single cargo to deliver out of the area between Murmansk and Moskushamn. Of course, regarding my skill level it should be possible. No wonder, I never got any cargoes up to Murmansk and beyound, so I had to go there without a cargo.

Anyway, Svalbard, the mentioned cities and areas are a beautiful piece of work. Pretty awesome, also the signs on the road to the mining company in Moskushamn are funny (easter egg?) :D

Best regards

The distance and remoteness of Murmansk doesn't generate many jobs, this entire area has the same problem but it will get better once we make more connections in the west (Norway-Finland etc)
