Svalbard Airport runway is 2,483m in length, I don't think it is enough to allow AN-124, C-5, or any other large aircraft to take off.
I know there's no ferry connection IRL, but the use of shipping is still more practical than airlifting.

If it ain't loaded to the limit. Then it might very well use that airport.
Take-off run distance (maximum take-off weight): 2,520 m (8,270 ft)

There are vessels but are very expensive.

His whole Norway must be joined with E6 the man can drive from Trondheim to Kirkenes without leaving Norway. Get Mo in Rana. Bodø, Narvik, Tromsø and Alta.

You know no part of the E6 past Trondheim or past the E69 has been started? It'll be finished when there is someone working there, but for now the E4 is more important.
