My Euro Truck Simulator 2 - IMAGE COLLECTION GALLERY
Did a massive journey today and passed too many beautiful places.
Starting from Moldova to Modena and on to Amsterdam with some ordinary trailers.
In Amsterdam I picked up an empty container chassis for Bremen.
Underway I passed the Afsluitdijk and lots of flower fields.
After uncoupling the chassis in Bremen I headed to the garage to get some new winter tires and high beam lights for the trip to Iceland that would follow. The HQ in Torshavn had called they had a load from there to Iceland.
A set of Michelin man came with the 6 new tires.
Approaching Hamburg the sun began to set, which resulted in a beautiful sight over the Harbour.
On my way to Torshavn I heard I had to pick up a 40-foot container for the Faroer islands in Hamburg.
Going again with the container from Hamburg night fell quickly. It was just before midnight when passing the Kiel kanal.
It would almost be morning when the ferry in Denmark was to be boarded.
After the long ferry trip I arrived early morning in Torshavn and dropped off the trailer.
It was nice to be back at the Faroer islands, after spending a few days home I left with the Iceland load, A 45foot container.
I arrived late in the afternoon on Iceland, the extra high beams would come very handy soon, despite the long days.
The first few 100km would be paved and cleared of snow.
Soon night fell and the roads became worse.
After getting some rest I continued late the following morning, hoping I would reach the destination before nightfall.
After negotiating the difficult snowy roads for 2 days the Load was dropped off and I drove to a nearby hotel for a 2 day rest.
The truck had preformed wonderfully despite the harsh conditions.
I hope you enjoyed the screens, there were quite a lot. But ProMods is so nice.
More from Iceland are to come.

Invested in two new truck's for the company's fleet.
Bought 2 new Sisu's with 625Bhp Caterpillars for my company expansion.
They will operate from Svalbard mostly hauling dumpers and have been adapted for use there and into Russia and northern Scandinavia.
They are also the first trucks to get company logo's.
Modifications include but are not limited to:
Better tires for mud and snow
Additional lighting
Bullbar, bottom and side protection
Winterization
Standing exhaust to prevent rock damage
Increased ground clearance
