You can build hills by changing the terrain profile in the road properties, the width is changed by editing the quad count. If you want to build a hill apart from a road, tick terrain instead of road or city road in the properties.

Rename your map to europe.mbd and adapt the defs. How you do that can't be explained in one short answer (at least I can't), learning by doing is still the best method imo.

ETS2 only opens maps called europe.mbd. And if you're building a standalone map you also have to adapt the def files, because otherwise the game searches for so much cities that are entered in the defs, but not on the map, which makes the game crash.

The pictures you posted look very nice! I'm looking forward to your map. I think, Platypus will build swedish coast with cities, like Umeå and Luleå, so, you can not build these cities. He still can release it as a standalone map, and that's what he's planning to do according to his post in the scs ...

Looks to me like a bad interaction of road and prefab, if this kind of road surface isn't available for the prefab, you would have to adapt the road in the editor.

In Austria it's mostly the same as in Germany, only the sign for crossings without a gate shows an old steam locomotive

Not all maps work together. Usually you can only play one map at all, so it's a great support that you can play on pro, pr and rus at once. And I got no idea how they did this in the first place, because every map you download has its own map file "europe.mbd", which only includes standard...

Ok thank you, I guess you're talking about the new tsm real environment mod. I've already deactivated the sound mod because it made the game crash, maybe I should delete it completely from the mod directory or deactivate the graphics mod. ;) Edit: It didn't work.
