The next dlc is the DLC Baltics, there is nothing for the moment about a Balkan DLC. Scs said that the next DLCs is not the iberian peninsula, so it could be ireland and iceland. Won't be in 2.3, but will be in 2.4, unless something bad happens. It's not 100% guaranteed that something will appear in a certain version. It's hard to estimate.

Why should it take 2 years? If not 2.30 which will come in like 4 months, and not in 2.40 which likely become one year later, then another year to wait to 2.50 for them? Correct me if i missed something.
