If you're using the TCP, you need to pick one of the two definition files, either the Replacement or the Standalone definition set. Both cannot be used at the same time!

Daniels Random Events works fine with ProMods.

There are two weigh scale icons in the game:
- 1 is stored in /material/ui/map and is named "weigh_station_ico.dds"
- 1 is stored in /material/ui/map/road is named "road_weigh_ico.dds"

It's a mod conflict due to the Animated Gates in Companies mod.
I had the same issue while using it and decided to stop using it for that reason.

You're most likely missing the most recent DLC, Road to the Black Sea.
It is required for ProMods 2.46.

I use this mod that bmwGTR linked at the top of my mod list and I've had no issues with it in relation to other mods.

Sounds do not stick around if the source mod is disabled in the Mod Manager. You can change which sounds play to a degree by changing the order of mods in the Mod Manager.
