St Petersburg is RusMap, not ProMods. ProMods is not compatible with Baltic DLC.
My map is not causing any issues like this.

It says for 1.32 on first page, not 1.33
I am not able to come out with any new version soon, but you can change in the manifest file from 1.32 to 1.33

There is some scaling issues with that area. I need to rework so that time is passing slower to the more correct one.

Well i am not changing download location if one single person can't find out how to download from there. You only go once on the link on 1st page and where to download should be on the right side on the website. Don't click further on the folders in there.

Def and map is in one file. There should be something in there on the link saying download or direct download.

You need to download the fix file for v0.4
You can find it on 1st page. I advise to read 1st page first before moving on to downloading.
In the fix version the signs in Italy are normal.

No changes. Just a change on manifest file. No new content are ready yet for release.

I am not recommending changing the manifest file to get it working with 1.32
There is no guarantee that it will work and have no bugs in it.
I will be uploading later a new file with a changed manifest so people don't need to change it themselves.

There is going to be a new release sometime. Read what i wrote in the previous page and please people stop asking about when the release date is.
