This is an SCS bug which is caused when using too many map mods, it overloads the buffer memory of the game and then crashes it. They are working on fixing it.

In the mean time, the only solution is to use the Map Zoom Crash fix mod from Steam and use a different background map

The error message in your log shows a map mod conflict

There is no map area under these stations so nothing can be marked
It is indeed a valid bug

The West Balkan DLC is the newest DLC and it has not yet been integrated into ProMods. On average it takes 6 months to make the necessary adjustments to merge a new DLC.

There are loads of errors in your log and I think the most likely cause is that your game files are broken and need re-downloading. The game crash itself is caused by a corrupt map sector.
