The road connection was supposed to be the heart of Russia DLC. But since that DLC is postponed there is no road connection other then RusMap

The files are locked so nobody can steal our assets and put them in their mod. Nobody is supposed to open them. Also just editing the manifest file is not doing the trick at all, updating a mod is much more complicated than that.
