When I have some free time, I'll try and find the source of the issue and see if it can be fixed. However, if the prefab's files are somehow changed, I doubt I'll be able to do anything about it.

I removed the lock to v1.38 for the fix. Now it should be loadable for all versions of ETS2.

For v1.5, I plan to release Berovo and Veles at least, but other than that, it largely depends on timing - when I need to adapt the map to a new version and how much I have completed at that point. I also plan to build Tetovo and rebuild Krushevo, but I cannot confirm those for 1.5.
