Does the 2.20 version of promods works with the 1.30x version of ets2 (with france,scandinavia and east)???

I only downloaded parts 1 and 2, but the 2 downloaded correctly and the part 1 shows me this message.

But this -3 only appears cause this is the 4th time that i try to download this part and this message appear in all of them

only 1 detail, in the adfly page shows access denied

Hello,when i try to download the 1st archive, when finishes says that the archive is corrupted, and this only happens in this archive.
