Hi, I've noticed an error in the Dutch license plate, sidecode 6 (01-XX-XX). With plates, such as 11-BD-SD, is nothing wrong. But, if the first number is under 10, let's say the license plate needs to be for example 03-BD-SD, the "0" disappears, which looks very odd in my opinion. I've inc...
