Re: [1.0.0] B-Double trailers not permitted in B.C. in the sim
Thanks for your help, Josh. I bought a fresh new trailer and was able to assign it to garages in B.C. I also tested one on the same weigh scale and I didn't get a fine. Originally, I wasn't attempting to relocate. I had attempted to buy a new trailer, but it was using "My Fleet Configurations&q...

[1.0.0] B-Double trailers not permitted in B.C. in the sim
In reality, B-double trailers ("B train" in B.C.'s parlance) are permitted in all areas of the province. Sources: https://www.bclaws.ca/civix/document/id/complete/statreg/30_78#section7.31 https://www.th.gov.bc.ca/cvse/CTPM/Com_Circulars/2016/160808_comp_cc_05-16_27-5m_B-Trains.pdf I'm a B...

Re: A question about Canadian driving.
Edit: Whoops, I see KeaganExtremeGaming said the same thing. British Columbian here. To pile on the confusion, in B.C. if the cross street only has traffic lanes going to the left (for instance a one-way street) it is legal to turn left on a red light . I don't know if there are any intersections li...

Re: Development on version 1.x (British Columbia Edition)
Kamloopsian here, and I really enjoyed seeing my hometown! I not only recognized general areas, but individual buildings and even individual signs. Once or twice a month, I drive the route from @2:22 to about @7:00-ish. If someone plopped me in the game where this video began, and told me to drive t...

Re: Development on version 1.x (British Columbia Edition)
(Copy/paste of my blog reply): Another vote for Option A first, then Option D further in the future. Or, if a three-release approach of A, C, D wouldn't add to the workload compared to A, D that'd be awesome. Then again, I live in Kamloops so I'm biased towards having myself and friends drive my are...

Re: Development on version 1.x (British Columbia Edition)
I thought perhaps you had hand-placed four individual crossing arm assets. If it's an existing SCS asset, that's fine in my opinion. To be honest, I hadn't noticed that the SCS ones are already four-quadrant gates (also relatively uncommon in the US, apparently).

Re: Development on version 1.x (British Columbia Edition)
That's well within Kamloops proper, for what it's worth. I'm typing this from my home about 500m from that intersection, and I can see one of the buildings in the screenshot. I can't wait to drive it in-game, so thanks for your hard work! Edit to add: there shouldn't be rail crossing arms on both ro...

The houseboat Capital of Canada, Sicamous! That's the TCH bridge over Sicamous Narrows.
