I think I found out which mod caused the problem. It took me quite some time to find out.
It seems like that the "New cargo for ETS2" mod by JPGames was responsible. (STEAM Workshop Mod)

After removing the mod I could drive around the area with no problem.

There hasn´t been a problem downloading with Vivaldi so far and I won´t change my browser because of "problems" downloading some mod files from ProMods with 300 k/bits

I guess it´s ProMods part to sort this one out ...

I can't confirm there is any broken roads in this area, so it must be on your end only when I test with a profile that has ProMods as only mod.
