The only way to find out is by disabling all mods and then re-enabling mods one at a time to see which one causes the problems.

btw it is not a guarantee that non-map-mods are free of problems.
For instance many company/logo mods but even speedcamera mods can mess up map sectors

All map DLC's will be required for ETS2, so that includes the West Balkans DLC.

It will take about 2 years of development to connect Istanbul with the Middle East map, so it seems very unlikely it could be completed within a few weeks

There must be a folder named "Euro Truck Simulator 2" in "My Documents". If you don't have it then the game can't function because it will not be able to save any savegames.

Ehm well you are using some other mods that are not part of ProMods because Tirana isn't included in our mod

I suggest you wait for the next ProMods update when our West Balkans DLC integration will be completed
