Cannot get the game to load with promods installed. New or old profiles the same.

Since the game updated to 1.35.1.31s I cannot load promods. I have all required DLC etc, worked perfectly before this update installed. HELP!

What would be the recommended order for the middle east addon with naturalux as well? No other mods.
