Over here in Croatia,for the highways, we mix A(x) and E-XX. For the outer roads most of our roads are D-xx .

Yea but Pula / Istria is mainly a tourist destination and not a transport corridor. The roads of priority are Zagreb -> Sl. Brod -> Belgrade + Szeged -> Subotica -> Novi Sad -> Belgrade.
