Yeah Bucharest didn't accuire mant SH vehicles (Only Iveco Milano buses with Saurer Geneva buses later trolleys and Rathgeber Munchen and Duwag Frankfurt trams) but the other cities like Iasi, Arad and Brasov accuired TONS of these.

Do you people think that scrapping vehicles is a bad solution?

In Norway we shipped our buses to Estonia, they looked like this

Not only. Estonia has TONS of second hand buses from Finland/Sweden/Norway.

Most of the buses are Volvo and Scania.

(thankfully) This is changing thanks to the economic growth.
Most of them are probably from either the 90s or 2009-2010, when the economy was in shambles.

I have always been a fan of classic German buses.
