If it 'could' be possible it would fantastic to be able to choose what garage style you'd like to have during the purchase phase. Only during 'upgrade'. Even be able to customize the color, including the stripe that wraps around the building. Having the ability to have a sign out front with your business name on it, (color matching of course 
). Basically just like when your buying your truck. Do you want a fueling station?, then don't! Mechanic? There you go then!
That kind of flexibility would be a nice personal touch. I also understand that certain objects or models cannot be modified. Nonetheless, I thought I'd throw that out there for the ones who would know, thanx!
