as far as I know, that second pivot point can be added to game, but the game code must be changed to enable that, I'm writing this, because I would like to drive some trucks with trailers, as this one on picture below
now, what I want to know, is there any modder capable to edit game code to enable second pivot point, so all kinds of trucks can be added to game, as mods

no, tandems are like regular 'stock' semis, with just one pivot point, trailer on picture I have posted has two points of turning, first on coupling, where is conected with pulling unit (truck or tractor), and second just above front axle, front axle has it's own small chassi, and is attached to trailr with one pin or bolt so it can turn left or right, depending where is truck turning, I'll try to find some clip on youtube and post it here

I couldn't find any clip on youtube, but I found this, so this is the way that trailer works, front axle is free to rotate, same as semitrailer on semitruck

If that would be easily possibke, I think somebody already would have made it

there is some similar thing in ets2 multiplayer, but with three pivot points, and two semi-trailers, some guy named mwl4 made that possible

That is just a Developement test from them too.
They did not have added that "feature" yet to the (public) mod...and maybe never will.

I know, that's why I asked here is there anyone with enough knowlegde about ets2 code to add second pivot point and by that enable trailers with front turning axles, for us who want some challenge, because I like challenges

As i´ve heard the multiplayer team wants to include it when the DLC is released so that you can drive with double trailers...but just for scandinavia

so, that should be in 2 weeks or so, that's good, OHAHA, GTMike, 50Keda and guys will have alot of work to make my wish come true
