Hm. There are some billboards in Poland that have animations. It can't be achieved here?

Those animated signs in Poland are static in another way. The signs in Poland are basically video-based textures and therefore uneditable. This will NOT work for editable sign templates, like the VMS above, which simply doesn't support that kind of shader. The whole purpose of these editable signs is that you don't have to make new textures (or videos!) each time you want to edit a sign.

Ye, I thought about it just a few minutes later... I hope there'll be some animated signs in the future. I saw them here, in Poland, and also in Italy (?). 2 or 3 different info messages appear in a loop.
