Very nice to see Ukraine featured now in Promods. What about cities like Lviv or Odessa , near Moldavia?

Lviv is already included in ProMods since 2.50 and I'm looking forward to see Odessa soon.
Drohobych you can find in the addon Lviv Oblast Expansion here
I guess other cities you mentioned are pretty small, but who knows the future

Promods will not map disputed areas, so Crimea won't come.

But promods middle-east has Syria and Palestine. What's the difference?

Syria is indeed not disputed. Also, Middle-East is an add-on, so you're free to use it or no.
For this reason, I'm a little more open to 'disputed' territories, however with limits.
So, for West Bank, the cities of Ramallah and Jericho are in real life under control of the Palestinian Authority.
Some areas like East Jerusalem can't be explored. Same for Israeli colonies or separation wall that are not represented.
Anyway, this was already treated in the Middle East topic.
