Which way are you going next after Jekabpils? Connection to Rezekne or going down to Daugavpils?

Various directions:
- Complete A12/E22 (Jēkabpils-Rēzekne)
- Built roads 122, 192, 3647 (in Lithuania, from Panevežys to Latvian border), and P75 to Jēkabpils
- Extend roads A6, A13 and build Daugavpils
- Build A8 to Lithuania.

On that's Latvia will 100% completed.

Why? Rebuilds there are not required and planned. So, no.

Yeah, Panevezys detour is very realistic, no point to rebuild it. It is the same as in real life, I drive through that road once a week

No. All connections with Russia (from Latvia) already included in ProMods 2.1.

Future connections will only with Belarus. Since northern Belarus in RusMap wan't built in all, I'll try to coordinate this with RusMap author, once I bring Daugavpils to ETS2 game. But again, we can't promise to bring northern Belarus in near release, as this depends on aldim@tor's plans.
