The junction of Genova (A12-A7) that you've posted in the beginning does not meet the realistic in 1.9 saw it with the tunnel from very realistic. I hope it stays like in 1.9
The exit on the A10 could be placed between the toll and the Cross (A12-A7). But working your map are incredibly go on like this.

Any chance of swapping the A7's directions close to Genova? So that we could have the curvy, hilly track going southbound and the more straight, flat track going northbound (as it is in reality)?
