Did you download all the files? If you did make sure none of the files got corrupted during the download. Here is a tutorial on the installation.

Hi Guys... I can't run ProMods... Al ready download it and install it but the game crashes and return me to windows... I have the last version of steam available.. Al ready create a new one profile with only that mod and the problem is there...

I think the problem is, you forgot to make a DEF file
