I've tried to extract them seperately with winRAR, got the same
I've also tried selecting them both and then extract, it said it was broken..

Try and update your WinRAR to a newer version

Try 7-zip http://www.7-zip.orgor zipgenius http://www.zipgenius.com, both are Free to use.
And if they don't work, re-download the files, file corruption still happens...
(and once more, you only need to unpack the first file, the others will be extracted automagically, as long as you have all 3 downloads in the same directory.)

Hello, I have a problem, I mark 3 files of the map to modify the profile. Later I make continue and there is a bar(helm) of download, the problem it is that when his(her,its) load(responsibility) puts itself Euro things(tricks) to simulator 2 to stop working.
Can you help me please ??

If you are running ETS2 1.11 open beta it will crash. It's not compatible.
