List of all Ferry Ports in ProMods 2.66

Hey, I would like to know if I can somehow get a list of all ferry ports in ProMods 2.66 / 2.67. How can I do it without asking for the list in forums. I'm trying to get ''Successfully Docked'' achievement with ProMods for extra challenge.
