Nowogard (PL) missing companies

In Nowogard, PL, the following companies exist, but do not display on the map and their route advisor leads to nowhere:
-Lidl
-Roboty drogowe
-Zlecenie
Lidl example:
As you can see, the building is there, and I can see trailers spawn in the designated areas behind the building (not visible on screenshot), but there's no green marker to take the job.
Roboty drogowe doesn't work at all.
