Thanks for your report! The bug is confirmed and has already been reported in our internal system with the case number #37733. Now the case is re-opened because the bug is not fixed.

I was casually driving from Paldiski (Estonia) to Londonderry (Derry (Northern Ireland (United Kingdom))) and as I take this exit I see a sign on the road.

Fixed in WIP.

I seem to be unable to uplaod a picture here, but at the entrance to the tunnel from oslo e6 towards drammen, there is a duplicated sign that has been misplaced on the left lane at the tunnel entrance
