CTD when entering Vancouver (1.2.1)

I just updated to ATS v.1.45.3.16s with Promods Canada 1.2.1 and whenever getting within a few km of Vancouver it crashes to desktop. Any ideas? Thanks. It would not allow me to post in the crash section, sorry.
