[1.1.1] Incorrect Speed Limits on Highway 99

There are two areas on Highway 99 (Sea to Sky Highway) where speed limits are not correct. Specific areas are below:
Issue #1
Heading Eastbound between Coordinates -101181;16.1836;-78016.4;-1.42735;-0.0521615 and -100382;16.1815;-77891;-1.60954;-0.0515177, the speed limit in-game is 50 km/h, however the speed limit should be 70 km/h.
Where Eastbound in-game speed limit drops to 50 km/h (Coord: -101181;16.1836;-78016.4;-1.42735;-0.0521615)
Heading Westbound between Coordinates -101057;16.1846;-78068.5;1.83792;-0.0519396 and -101181;16.1836;-78016.4;-1.42735;-0.0521615, the speed limit in-game is 50 km/h, however the speed limit should be 70 km/h.
Where Westbound in-game speed limit drops to 50 km/h (Coord: -101057;16.1846;-78068.5;1.83792;-0.0519396)
Issue #2
In both directions between Coordinates -100176;19.0011;-78059.5;-0.637421;-0.036705 and -99194.1;24.84;-77404.6;-0.0672951;-0.0125185, the speed limit in-game is 70 km/h, however the speed limit should be 90 km/h.
Where the Eastbound speed limit (the direction I'm facing in the above image) should increase to 90 km/h. The opposite direction would decrease to 70 km/h at this point. (Coord: -100176;19.0011;-78059.5;-0.637421;-0.036705)
