[Fixed] [#32584] [1.0.2] Broken petrol station near Vancouver

Near Vancouver, there's a Chemron petrol station that is still using a US-style petrol station sign (displaying three price slots; the prices aren't showing up regardless). It should be of the Canadian style (displaying one price). Picture below, showing the broken one on left and correct one on right. The correct one is already part of the mod so the wrong sign should just be replaced with that.
