works great in regular game but will not work with truckers mp for some reason

When you load up the game it doesn't show in the map? Or do you mean the way it appears in the mod manager?

it doesnt show up at all on truckers mp only regular ats

Please post an image of your mod folder showing complete filenames, file sizes, and the path to the folder.

new to this and not sure how to do that sorry will try to figure it out

Your ProMods Canada definition file is mis-named. Remove the " (1)", including the space before, so it is named "promods-ats-def-v100". If you enable file name extensions then the file should be named "promods-ats-def-v100.scs"
