Unable to add lights to truck and trailer since in installed ETS2 1.38/promods 250 and now also in 1.39/251. 1.38

Hi folks
I am unable to add lights to my trucks and trailers..they do not appear in the content section.
Please help. Im not sure what i have done wrong..i have had the problem since ETS2 1.38 with promods 250 and the same in the newer versions of 1.39 and 251.
How do i enable or what mods must i instal to have lights i can put on my trucks n trailers.
