Teaser Announcement

Hi Everyone! 🖐

Today, after a long break, we are excited to share something different from the blog. Hetrix, the champion of the SCS Video Contest 2020, has prepared an excellent teaser for our mod. We are happy to share it as the first video of our Youtube channel. Don't forget to follow our channel to be informed about our videos.

Finally, Whilst not being able to show all our cards today as SCS says :) , we think that this teaser will meet your expectations a little. Also, We would like to say that we are approaching the end of the works for the Istanbul version of our mod. You will find more on our upcoming website. See you soon!

Istanbul Airport

Hi everyone!🖐

While we are making our final edits on the Istanbul version of the TR Extended Map Mode, we would like to show you Istanbul Airport, one of the biggest additions of the mode.

Ataturk Airport is the first place the start of air transport in Turkey. It was closed to civilian flights in April 2019 and all scheduled commercial passenger flights were transferred to Istanbul Airport. The airport serves as one of the most important aviation centers in the world with its strategic geographic location at the crossroads of Asia, Europe and the Middle East, connecting continents.

Last year, the airport hosted 52 million passengers. It is established on an area of 76.5 million square meters on the Black Sea coast and includes 6 tracks. Thanks to these runways, the largest F-code passenger planes Airbus A380 and Boeing 747-800 can land in the area. The size of the main terminal building is 1.3 million square meters. The building received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certificate in 2020. It is the largest building in the world with this certificate.

In addition to passenger transportation, Istanbul is also a hub between Asia and Europe in air cargo transportation. Istanbul Airport also serves as a center with heavy traffic for air cargo transportation.

You will be transporting companies in the Istanbul Airport Cargo Terminal in TR Extended Map Mode and experience the excitement of being a part of the wide cargo network.
