That's an SCS Bug anyways, since those sectors get suplied by the SCS Base Map, you have to report it to them.

1. Please review [IMPORTANT] How to report a bug.
   • Coordinates should be copied from the bugs.txt file. The coordinates you provided are obviously re-typed and contain errors.
   • Your report title should include the ProMods version and the city of the problem (in this case the company belongs to Olbia).
2. You are loading 183 mod files! All bugs need to be verified on a game profile using only ProMods before making a bug report.
3. Your load order is wrong, at least for combining ProMods with Rusmap.
4. Trucker2223 is correct, this part of the map is provided by the base game (SCS), the map sectors are not being provided by ProMods.
5. When using ProMods 2.41 alone I find no invisible wall at that location. Perhaps your truck was hitting the animated gate before the gate had completely lifted. Or perhaps one of your many other mods is causing a conflict.
