Nope, this is not an addon. It works on a 1:6 scale, which is different from the map scale of the base game. It's a different map altogether, only containing the Netherlands.

I know. If you want, I can send picture of combination Dutch and, on example, ROC. I use one profile for Dutch and Promods (not in combination).
