Kuba Travels
I didn't understand a word you wrote there... In Austria the license plates are just given away from 111 AA to 999 ZZ

Perhaps I should illustrate it better...
UK plates from 1983-2001 were given a prefix A-Y, with one letter per year. Letters I, O, Q, U were missed out for typographic reasons, and Q being used for kit-cars only.
Therefore, X-reg means the vehicle was registered in 2000/01 (from 98-01 the plates ran at a rate of two per year rather than one per year, so S-Y got a bit squished up).
Besides that minor matter, you're not allowed to make a vehicle appear newer than it's date of registration. So, if the vehicle was registered in 1996 on a P-plate, you wouldn't be allowed to have it "wear" S-plates, which signify 1998-Feb99 model year.
The Scania 143M was manufactured from 1987-97, thus, the latest registration a brand new one could of had would be R-reg (1997). I had the plate X105 DAF attached to my truck, which signifies 2000/ 01 model year. I had no truck mods before installing the 143M which had their last year of manufacture before 2001 (latest was Scania 4, which ran until 2004, so anything up to an 04 plate was legal).
So, under UK law, (which doesn't apply in ETS 2 but in my mind...) the truck plate would have to be changed. Therefore, I changed it to R114 DAF (97 model year), so the truck was "legal". I then decided I didn't like the mod, (yet again, I have tried the mod many times before and realised it makes my game lag too much) and was "allowed" to change my plate back to X105 DAF again.
Hope that helps.

Katarina's Travels #1
Some screens I took of Katarina Ola, from Jyväskylä to Helsinki.
Leaving Jyväskylä at 03:00.
Entering Helsinki
I also managed, due to the motorway-orientated nature of this journey, to average a new personal best economy figure; a mere 26.1l/ 100km over the 300km trip!

Take care guys!
